BACK TO THE FUTURE By Bernie Dotson GALLUP — The Gallup City Council withdrew from its lease with McKinley County in the joint law enforcement center on Nizhoni Boulevard. The action took place during Tuesday’s regular city meeting and as part of council’s quest to cut into a $2.8 million deficit.
